Akoesticum is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization founded by musician Harold Lenselink, economist Victor van Haeren and architect Hans Sluijmer. It’s their inspirational idea that we carry out: a “centre of expertise and excellence” in Holland, open for all who want to perform and rehearse in an environment exclusively designed for music, dance and theatre.
A very special place with wonderful staff
Akoesticum is staffed by a group of highly motivated professionals with backgrounds in performing arts, hospitality or entrepreneurship, as well as a number of volunteers. Since we opened our doors in 2014, our team welcomed performing artists from all over the world, providing them an unforgettable journey at this unique venue in The Netherlands.
